Transitioning from the military is very difficult for many service members and veterans. Many are lost in terms of career goals once they transition and begin adjusting to life outside of the military. Those same service members and veterans are unaware that the biotech/pharma industry even exists, let alone the potential career opportunities in the industry.
Our mission is to provide transitioning service members and veterans the opportunity to develop the skill set, knowledge, and connections that will catapult them in to a successful career in the biotech/pharma industry.
Service members and veterans have spent their entire military careers serving our country. We want to help shift that focus from serving in the military to serving themselves and their careers outside the military.
